⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience with Hawk Air and Mechanical! Ray, Logan, and Tyler did an awesome job installing our new unit. When our old system completely died, Ray saved the day by getting us up and running with a temporary fix so we weren't miserable while waiting for the new one. When they returned for the actual install, they really took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly. They didn't just rush out after finishing either, they took the time to explain exactly how the new unit operates and walked us through how to use our new smart thermostat in total detail. Huge thanks to Ray, Logan, and Tyler for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!

Being a Florida native I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to HVAC companies during the summer. This was the best experience we have had! The owners are so polite and helpful. The tech was very punctual and honest. I highly recommend!

Logan was great! The owner Ray came out to make sure that the unit was gone and they were completely honest and tried everything before coming to the conclusion that we need a new unit! Their reviews was what drew me to them and they didn’t disappoint! Plus being a veteran small business owner myself I’d recommend them 💯! Hard to find good honest people these days and Ray and Logan were! Their service fee is more than reasonable! Happy 4th to you guys and Ray thank you for your service brother! OOHRAH 🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them!!! After spending all day trying other recommendations, a friend in the construction trade referred Hawk Air to me saying he had heard they had a good reputation. I wish I had known about them first!!! I ended up calling at 4 pm on a Friday and they were still able to book me that day at regular service call hours since I called before 5! Ray (president of the company) was nearby and at my house by 5pm!! My A/C is very old, had a broken condenser fan blade and subsequently burned-out motor. Understanding that a full replacement wasn't financially what I was looking for, he came in looking to repair, if possible, not trying to sell me a new unit. He was completely honest that yes, I needed a new system (which I well know), but it was repairable. Not cost efficient to run and no guarantees since the unit is so old, which I understood fully and was good with. I really appreciate his honesty and that he didn't just try to sell me a new unit. I would have trusted him had he said it was non repairable because of his knowledge, demeanor and the situation with the fan blade hitting the inside of the unit, I thought it was finally done for!! And since it is
